Both Richard and Jon fulfilled everything they said they would in the time the time the said they would. Richard and Jon give me back the hope that there are still great entrepreneurial integrity still floating around. On a more personal evaluation, both these guys are patient and both have the range of communicating to the techy guy or the common guy with no cpu skills like myself.
